To protect our customers’ orders, Global Jersey Club provides the following compensation policy for shipments to Portugal.
1. Full Compensation Coverage Before Portugal Local Customs Clearance
Using Portugal as an example:
From the time the jerseys are purchased and shipped, before the goods complete local customs clearance in Portugal, if any of the following happens:
- parcel lost in transit
- parcel detained
- parcel seized
- other shipping issues that prevent successful delivery before local customs clearance
we will provide full compensation.
Customers may choose one of the following solutions:
- resend a new replacement shipment, or
- receive a full refund
2. No Compensation After Portugal Local Customs Clearance
Once the goods have arrived in Portugal and completed local customs clearance, the parcel enters the local delivery stage.
If the parcel is stolen, lost, or has other issues during local last-mile delivery after customs clearance, this will not be covered by compensation.
This is a very low-probability situation, but it is outside our compensation scope.
