This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds work for PremierJerseyShop, a store selling English Premier League (EPL) jerseys and football apparel. Please read carefully before requesting a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
🚚 Return Process

- Our team will review your request and send return instructions if approved
- Ship the item back to the return address provided by our support team
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please do not send a return without approval.
Our support team will confirm the correct return address and instructions based on your location and order type.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Customized or personalized jerseys (name/number/patches)
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
💰 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or jersey, please:
- Return the original item for a refund (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the correct item
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund (depending on availability and your preference).
